October, the month Green day jokes come in trendy again. I had a great September and am hoping for a better October. How was your September, people?I am quite tired of apologising for the inconsistent blogging patterns, and although it is entirely my fault, I really have other priorities which are at the top of my list, higher than this this sweet escapade of mine. I do get bouts of blogging urges from time to time but it is all very instantaneous; comes and goes, comes and goes. I'm going to try and publish this whilst I'm still energetic at it.I am on my study break now, for a week, and the proper term coined was " Semester Holidays" but who are we kidding, no one puts a holiday before an exam, it's like giving a group of people 10 days in heaven, all pure and cozy, but with a catch; "hey, y'all gonna enter hell in a week or so, so you might as well prepare". You get my point.I brought back practically my entire shelf of books with me during the holidays, and hopefully, they will be of good use besides taking up pretty spaces in my room. In fact, my laptop is currently on a pile of the books, which are silently shouting to be read. I know, I know guilty as charge. I should be practicing what I preach.Oh, for what it's worth, I recently got my Pottermore mail, and chapters after chapters, going shopping with Hagrid in Diagon Alley, getting my own wand (mine is made of Alder with Phoenix Feathers, and though it's all fairy tale and fiction to its max, I was excited knowing Harry's wand was also made of Phoenix Feathers. Now if i can just get a beam of light dawn upon me from above as I pretend lifting my wand in the air)Oh, and I'm a RAVENCLAW . The house of smarty pants and overachievers. As if I'm not getting enough kiasu-ness from college already. But nevertheless, really happy :DOkay, I'm sidetracking. I should really be heading downstairs to study. The main reason I wanted to write this blog post, was to bid farewell to a friend, and a classmate who's flying to Egypt tomorrow. Yes, One of the first few amongst us who is actually off to study abroad.

5N Class Reunion, 2010
Anis( in the middle, being all narcissistic, hehe) ,May Allah bless you in your journey there, study hard and study smart, because medicine is not an easy course, but you should know that all your friends, including me, have faith that you can succeed in whatever you're about to do, if you put your mind to it (God, that was cliche). Just don't forget, whenever you're a rich and famous specialist someday, I shall receive free medical treatment :D Good Luck and hope to see you soon! Stay in touch!1 down, many more to go.
